The Westfield Chamber of Commerce, incorporated in 1981, is a voluntary partnership of business and professional people along with community residents who together work to build a healthy local economy and improve the quality of life in the community. The mission of the Westfield Chamber of Commerce is to promote the economic development of the Westfield community, and to be active in all aspects of community life. The Chamber strives to enhance the educational, recreational, spiritual, and cultural development of the community through the participation of its business, professional, and community members. This mission is based on the goal to maintain a favorable business climate and a positive quality of life.
The Hamilton County Convention and Visitors Bureau provides an online resource for visitors and residents. Whether they are in the beginning stages of planning their Hamilton County meeting or event, the HCCVB site has it all.
East Street Events & Messages with a Christian Perspective
IMMI and Keynote (music ministry of Campus Crusade for Christ) partner to bring Westfield and surrounding communities uplifting Christian events that are encouraging, informative and entertaining. These monthly events are held in East Street Studios and feature talks by area Christian pastors and speakers, sports figures, motivational speakers, performers, and other interesting personalities…..either live or via DVD. Previous speakers and performers include: Steve Douglass, Campus Crusade for Christ President, John Maxwell, leadership expert and author, Dave Pendleton, one of the nation’s premiere ventriloquists, and Christian recording group Blue Sky Nine. Westfield Youth Sports Inc. Annual Football Awards Ceremony
Westfield Youth Sports Inc. (WYSI) held its annual football awards ceremony at East Street Studios on Monday, Nov. 23. This year’s event placed an emphasis on honoring our Lord, country, community and reminded the players to honor their parents. Awards were given to the division champs and all-stars. WYSI is a 20-year-old organization that promotes amateur youth sports to school-age children living within the Westfield Washington School District. WYSI provides children with an equal opportunity to participate in instructional, recreational and competitive sports leagues, regardless of race, color, creed, ethnicity or socioeconomic status.
Keynote Vision Dinner Igniting Life Change v2.0: Reaching the 8th Continent
Every year, Keynote hosts a Vision Dinner to help people experience a deeper level of their ministry for the first time. This year portrayed an exciting look at how Keynote uses innovative resources and creative communication for global impact and life change. Through performances by 3Union and Blue Sky Nine and videos highlighting our changing world, Keynote shared how it seeks to contribute to strategic evangelistic ministries by making the gospel readily understandable. As Keynote helps build spiritual movements, its goal is for everyone to know someone who truly follows Jesus. People everywhere – in Mongolia, the United States and even the 8th Continent (internet) – are searching for answers that can only be found in Jesus Christ.

Westfield Chamber of Commerce
East Street Studios is a valuable asset to Westfield and Hamilton County,
as well as Central Indiana. This state of the art facility serves as a quality venue for meetings, banquets and seminars while offering turn key customer service and excellent staff relations. The Westfield Chamber feels fortunate to not only have East Street Studios call Westfield home, but to have the opportunity to utilize the facility and its services for Chamber events.

Keynote
East Street Studios & Event Center has been a great fit for Keynote!
The main auditorium, with its quality sound system, lighting, and staging, has been perfect for our highly-produced fundraising events for 350-450 people. The multiple side rooms (for break-out presentations) and the ability to bring in our own caterer has made it a more attractive venue than the hotel ballrooms we had used for past events.

We recommend East Street Studios to any organization, non-profit or for-profit, hosting an event. The staff is wonderful and very easy to work with. They are accommodating, genuine, and very detail oriented. The spacious venue is basically an open canvas with which to create and design any look you are going for.
